Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/Lake Pointe

This staff made a great weekend that much better great location, amazing attentive staff Deasia went above and beyond caring for her guests amazing job! Great breakfast, they really treat the rewards members great too I was overall impressed and just shout out the whole team, gym was nice and clean, only thing I might say is in 407 that overhead light fixture was bugging/caused the tv PlayStation charger all to flip off the one time but just unplugged it in different outlet/removed charger but that was it just a real nice stay thank you all!

I highly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was top notch, and the rooms were clean, the beds were so comfortable. I wish I’d taken down names, because they all need a shout out! Thank you to all of you that made my Family’s stay a great one!

Staff very nice, called the hotel at almost 10pm and they promptly sent a shuttle to pick us up from the airport that arrived within fifteen minutes. The shuttle back to the airport was also right on time. Both drivers and the ladies at the front desk were very kind. Room was clean and stocked with free water for hyatt members with any status discoverist and above. Would come back if having a long layover in Charlotte.

From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the spacious parking lot and the clean, beautiful exterior of the property. Mikyla, the Front Desk Supervisor, was wonderful—she checked us in early and made the process quick and smooth. She was incredibly kind and offered great recommendations about the area. Kayla was also very helpful; she kindly assisted my mom with setting up her Zoom meeting in the lobby. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is also a big plus—peaceful and slightly away from the busy crowds, yet conveniently close to the airport, car rental services, and a nearby restaurant. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A little further than the other Hyatt Place but very new and clean. Beware: there are different shuttles for the two different hotels.

I really like the room layout at Hyatt Place hotels. I happened to be traveling alone this time, but it's kind of set up like a suite, so if you're traveling with someone, they can stay up late without bothering you. The breakfast (free with your stay) was surprisingly nice. Fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, french toast, yogurt, and probably a couple other things I'm forgetting. For whatever reason, the sound proofing between rooms is not great. If you're intending to use the airport shuttle, heed my advice and make your reservation for the shuttle WAY in advance. I didn't realize you needed to book a time slot (they leave every 30 minutes), and by the time I checked in, all the pilots and flight attendants had booked up both the 7 and the 7:30 am shuttles. I ended up paying for an Uber because I was paranoid about being late, and was glad I did because the security lines including Pre Check were nuts.

Absolutely impeccable service. Mr. John and the kind woman working the front desk late this August 6th evening 100% saved my sorry self, and words cannot express my gratitude! I am in Charlotte tonight for a layover, and due to being young and inexperienced, thought the hotel voucher provided by my airline was a magic ticket that applied anywhere in the region. So I went here, to my trusty Hyatt Place, where I was gently informed that the voucher was for a different, other hotel. (On further inspection, it was so obvious.) Instead of rightfully leaving me to figure it out on my own, the kind folks at this Hyatt set me on the right direction and were incomparably lovely. I thought I understood southern hospitality, but Charlotte and the good folks at this Hyatt have opened my eyes. Bless y’all!!!

Very solid hotel, room is nice, bed is comfy. I just want to shoht out Kayla. My wife and I left an item at the hotel. Kayla worked with us to locate it and get it back. It's what I've come to expect it Hyatt service. We really appreciate her going above and beyond
